Renewal Process - Unethical Process

I received an email from Privilege stating that my documents were available by logging into my account. The covering email did not state that this was a renewal quotation, so I found no reason to log…
  • Renew premium increased by more than 15% compared to the previous year
  • Does not feel that Privilege still offers value for money
  • Was neither happy or unhappy with their experience when they spoke to someone
