Cashplus Nightmare March 2022!
Good but very slow! I had hassles getting my username from Cashplus and the authentication code. I rang up over 7 times and because of Covid delays I left several voicemail! Very slow service!

Very Hapoy
Not been with cashplus long but on about 3 or 4 times I called them just to ask some basic questions and I got the answers straight away from the very pleasant and efficient staff. I speak as I find.

Cashplus are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It doesn't have a full banking licence which means their accounts aren't protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
