Automatic Renewal

I didn’t use the annual insurance but got it just in case. The company automatically renewed which was annoying but I managed to get a refund.

Frequently asked Questions

FAQ Icon

Coverwise currently offers four policies, Single, Annual, Business and Winter. Each policy has four different levels of cover to choose from so you can pick the right level of cover for your trip.

Coverwise does not cover travel to a country, specific area or event which the Travel Advice Unit of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has advised against all travel or all but essential travel. For more information, visit the FCO website.

Coverwise now offers cover for pre-existing medical conditions on “select” policies. In order to obtain cover, you will be subject to a brief assessment and asked questions about your condition. If you do not declare your conditions and claim for medical treatment abroad, your claim will be declined on the basis it was not previously declared.

Coverwise aims to answer all emails within 48 hours of receipt if received during their normal office opening hours. Responses will be delayed if Coverwise is contacted after 2pm on Saturday or any time on a Sunday or bank holiday.
