Making an RSPCA pet insurance claim

If you need to claim on your RSPCA pet insurance policy, you need to call 03301 348 576. A member of the claims team will talk you through the process. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you'll need to pay the excess for the claim. It will either be deducted from the amount the RSPCA pay you or if the claim is settled directly with your vet practice, you may need to pay the excess to them.
